Responsibilities • Expertly analyze RFQs, RFPs, PWS, and SOWs, devise comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to include estimating the level of effort required to address all applicable requirements, and draft these sections in our proposals. • Compile deliverables and documentation related to cybersecurity compliance with contractual requirements including system diagrams, tailored Common Control Identification (CCI) lists, POAM checklists, STIG checklists, and other tailored specifications as they relate to the proposed or installed system. • Perform preventive maintenance on existing networks to include, but not limited to, software updates, backup testing, and conducting vulnerability and compliance assessments to include SCAP and NESSUS scans of installed systems. • Work with system manufacturers and other Subject Matter Experts to analyze STIG implementation and compile exemptions as required. • Manage the operations, strategies, and growth of our Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL). • Mentor, guide, and assist a team of electronic technicians, ensuring tasks related to network configuration and hardware installation are executed efficiently and to the highest standard. • Collaborate closely with client IT and cybersecurity teams, sharing best practices and ensuring compliance standards are maintained. • Drive the RMF process from Categorization through Monitoring. • Interface with Authorizing Officials (AO) and ISSM/ISSO related to ATO actions/status. • Supervise the implementation, upkeep, and management of Electronic Security Systems across client facilities. • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, strategies, and best practices in the Electronic Security Systems domain. • Address and rectify client security system issues, striving for the maximization of system uptime and performance. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between our technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and clients. • This position exercises independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance related to cybersecurity architecture, regulatory compliance, system authorization, and operational risk management. Qualifications • Minimum three (5) years of experience. • CompTIA Sec+ and CCNA required. • Comprehensive and demonstrated expertise in Active Directory, Full Server Stacks, Switches, ATO/ATC processes, and Systems Administration. Nice to have: • Proficiency in C+/++/#, JavaScript, Python, SQL, LUA, or similar languages is preferred. • CEH or CISSP preferred. • Knowledge of federal standards to include UFC 4-010-06, DoDI 8510.01, NIST SP 80053, and 80082 preferred. • Expertise understanding technical prerequisites and crafting compelling segments for bid proposals. • A board of background and experience with the design, installation, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems. • The ideal candidate would have relevant experience and/or be certified in the following systems: LenelS2, AMAG, Genetec, Milestone, Hirsch, and Software House C-CURE 9000.

Duties And Responsibilities: • Execution of day-to-day project management activities on key initiatives. • Establishing project governance according to project methodologies. • Managing project dimensions of resources, budgets, timelines, scope, and quality. • Building and maintaining detailed project plans according to standards. • Clearing obstacles, following up on tasks, holding project team members accountable, and escalating issues, as required. • Managing risks/issues/impediments lists and proactively resolve issues. • Oversight of schedules, milestones, and deliverables. • Establishing stand-up, routine meeting, and Steering Committee cadences. • Driving broad stakeholder engagement and communications. • Assistance with oversight of 3rd party suppliers that are engaged on projects. • Consultation with other team members regarding project management standards and activities. • Driving business process analysis and requirements gathering with business unit subject-matter-experts and product owners • Translating requirements into actionable development/enhancement/user story increments Job Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience as a project manager, supporting both application development and infrastructure initiatives. • Strong project management experience implementing and supporting financial systems, investment operations platforms, or portfolio accounting systems • Experience leading system implementations, platform integrations, and operational process improvement initiatives within investment management environments • Experience with data integration, reconciliation, workflow automation, enterprise data workflows, reporting/data warehouse solutions, and API-enabled platforms • Familiarity with alternative investments, portfolio accounting, investment reporting, and/or financial data management processes • Experience working within wealth management, asset management, family office, fintech, or related financial services environments Thorough understanding of, and experience implementing, various project management methodologies, including iterative development, Agile/Scrum, and structured approaches. • A strong knowledge and demonstrated skilled use of various project, workspace, and collaboration tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Agile Studio, Asana, SharePoint/OneDrive, Box.com • Experience establishing, documenting and maintaining process information. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver technical presentations to technical and non-technical staff, and communicating with executive and operational management. • Gain a good understanding of the organization’s business goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop website ecosystem to create a modern, audience-centric digital experience that supports prospective users’ discovery, including AI discoverability, engagement, and enrollment. Architect and design a new web-based digital experience NX ecosystem that prioritizes the needs of prospective online users while supporting institutional marketing goals and providing a scalable foundation for future growth. Work with stakeholders to analyze user behavior, review the current existing ecosystem and site performance, perform competitive analysis of peer institutions, identify target audiences, and key decision drivers; perform an architectural review. Understand the methodology for conducting discovery and translating insights into website strategy; create a discovery summary, user personas, user journey maps, make strategy recommendations, and develop an information architecture framework; prepare reporting. Build UX deliverables should include a site map for the redesigned ecosystem, user journey pathways, wireframes for key page templates, and conversion pathways for lead generation; provide recommendation to design high conversation digital experiences digital ecosystem Develop strategies to optimize the website for modern search environments including traditional SEO best practices; develop and optimize AI-driven search and answer engines (AEO/GEO); recommend technical improvements to optimize and support search indexing and discoverability. Deliver progress reports, timeline updates, and performance metrics; provide dashboards for visualizing project reporting and performance monitoring. Lead project planning and execution, provide design expertise, deliver all agreed project components; provide workflow and documentation. Requirements: 1. Must have a minimum of three (4) years of experience designing large-scale websites or digital ecosystems. 2 Must completed or redesigned at least three (3) comparable website projects, preferably for higher education institutions, large organizations, or complex multistakeholder environments. 3. Must demonstrate experience designing audience-centric digital experiences focused on improving user engagement, navigation, and conversion outcomes. 4. Must demonstrate experience in search optimization strategies, including SEO best practices and optimization for modern search environments, including AI-driven search and discovery. 5. Must demonstrate the ability to manage complex digital projects, including defined project management processes, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery. 6. Must provide a proposed project team with clearly defined roles and relevant experience in UX design, digital strategy, search optimization and AI discoverability, and content architecture. 7. Must provide at least three (3) professional references from clients for whom similar work has been completed. 8. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or WordPress are preferable
